Conversations About Mental Health

1 & 2 hour workshops available
Online & in-person

About this Workshop

9 in 10 Australian workers consider a mentally healthy workplace important. Yet only 1 in 5 feel their current workplace is mentally healthy. This is a worrying sign and it’s costing Australian businesses dearly (close to $11 Billion a year!). This workshop provides attendees with the skills to have meaningful conversations about mental health at work. Bridging the gap between the current expectations and reality around mental health in the workplace.

Providing a refreshing take on mental health and how we can begin to shift our perception of it within the workplace. Along with providing practical and relatable strategies that can be easily adopted.

We can deliver this workshop either in-person or online.

This presentation was full of very practical ideas and actions. Many of which I fully plan on and look forward to implementing into my day-to-day.
